Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) breakfast/coffee. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

The work:
3 teams rotates who throws the disc. Each hole has a given exercise and each throw has 10 reps. The winner of the hole gets 5 burpees and a planks. the losers get 10 burpees. Ties are stupid and according to Raven “worse than kissing your sister” so everybody does 10 burpees.
