Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) breakfast/coffee. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

This beatdown was a mash up of lacrosse and golf.
After the Mission Statement and Five core principles we simply counted off into two teams of 8 per team. We all moseyed to the first disc golf tee box we found and proceeded to play golf slinging a tennis ball from a lacrosse stick to the cage. Teams would mosey to the ball, wherever it ended up. They would perform ten reps of an assigned exercise. Each hole it changed. We completed 11 holes. teams kept a strict rotation of when each person threw. Made lines alphabetically.
The team getting their ball in the cage with fewer strokes held plank while the losing team did ten burpees apiece.

Some dudes understood physics better than others. The tennis ball is much lighter than a regular lax ball.
