Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

  1. Pax: footloose, party on, fat Amy, silver surfer, meatloaf, cash money, reload, turbine, cinnamons, Patriot, malware, road rage, ring, mercy (q), stark, Lyman, Keebler (FNG)

    Intro, principles, mission.

    4 corners. 1 midpoint. 10 reps of each exercise at each corner. Run yo middle after each corner and do 5 burpees. Draw a card for your team after competing all 4 corners.

    Round 1: merkins, air pressure, Mike Tyson, hand release merkins.

    Round 2: Core- American hammer, flutter kicks, big boo sit-ups, plank jack shoulder tap. Lt Dans in middle instead of burpees

    Round 3: squat, calf Raise, Smurf jack, monkey humpers. Bonnie Blair in middle.

    After each round was up, add up cards. Face worth 10. Numbers worth that number. Winning team chose the exercise for the losing team, and the rep count was the difference the loser lost by.

    Winning team held plankor squat until reps were done by losing team.

    Apparently, round 1 was a close replica of what iron pax was. And some did iron pax before the beatdown. Oops. Didn’t know there was that direct overlap. Sorry.

    COT and welcome Keebler, who’s first beatdown was iron pax followed by the regular beatdown. What a day.
