Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    The Thang:
    30 reps of each exercise. Complete 3 exercises per round. Start at C7 pole. Complete 30 reps of first exercise. Run to C6 and pick up a cone. Do 30 reps of second exercise. Run to C5 and pick up a cone. Do 30 reps of 3rd exercise. Run back to C7. Pick up a cone. If finished early, pick up 6 and split reps. We completed all 5 rounds. Exercises listed below.

    ROUND 1:
    Burpees – Angle Grinders – Oh Hey’s

    ROUND 2:
    Box Cutters – Floyd Mayweather’s – Monkey Humpers

    ROUND 3:
    Peter Parkers – Stagger Merkins – Cherry Pickers Squats

    Burpees – Merkins – Flutter Kicks (4:1)

    Cross Reacher – Mike Tyson’s – Lunges (2:1)
