We moseyed to the pond in the center of the mall and performed the majority of thang on the soft, squishy spot with the fish, frogs and turtle statues.
The Thang:
Perform 80 reps collectively of the following exercises and upon completion of each exercise we did a “transition exercise” before performing the following exercise. We got through the entire list once and began the repeato process through the 3rd exercise on the list.
