Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.
Warmup – Indian Run around the mall.
Beatdown –
count-o-rama: 4 teams (4 each)
12 rounds of noughts and crosses (tic tac toe with 3 pieces per team… after the 3 pieces are played you must move one of your already laid pieces until one team gets three in a row)
Each team performed exercises in 10x or 5x the number of members (ex: team of 4 earns a turn for 40 squats done… one player from the team sprints to the board and lays the game piece after the team has done 40 reps… team members continue to exercise while the runner plays until the team gets another 40…. then sends the same or another runner) and was able to lay their piece at the game board 10 parking spots away: opponents switched every three rounds.
