The format – Partner up; lunge walk or bear crawl to the established end point with your partner. If finish ahead of your partner, pick up the 6 or hold plank/Al Gore. With partner, complete the proscribed reps. After all have finished reps, Mary – flutter kicks, lbc, american hammers, and pickle pounders in cadence.
Pickle pounders were a PAX suggestion since we were on ground doing ab work in front of Victoria’s Secret. Thanks Lonzo.
We made it a point to stop in front of the local gym on the sidewalk to do reps and ab work. The gym opens at 0700, and we were there around 0655, in time to force people to watch us, while they waited for the gym to open. This included pickle pounders in cadence, and some car honks.
We need to do more work in front of the gym around opening time.
The reps – 200 merkins, 200 squats, 300 air presses, 200 imperial walkers, 200 calf raises.
We were able to get the ab workout at the very end of the beatdown while in the circle, to make it 4 full rounds (the final round included imperial walkers and calf raises).
