Warmup: 15 SSH in cadence, followed by a mosey around the grass.
The Thang: What do you want on your Tombstone?
“I’m your Huckleberry”. I asked Huck for an exercise. One was Lt. Dans, so we did a ladder with Lt. Dans. Four cones approx. 10yds apart going out from baseline. Lunge walk out to first cone, perform 5 Lt. Dans, mosey back to baseline. Lunge walk out to second cone, do 10 Lt. Dans, mosey to cone 1, do 5 Lt. Dans, mosey to baseline. Lunge out to cone 3, do 15, mosey back hitting each station, proceed to cone 4 and 20 Lt. Dans. “I’m your Huckleberry” produced the expected leg burn.
Moseyed to the “lily pad” area. The idea was to work through nine exercises, one for each letter of the word “Tombstone,” using a Nerf gun and target to choose our own reps. On the target, the bulleye was 10, next ring 20, outer ring 30. Off target was also 30. Run a lap after each exercise.

Solo was the Six
FNG shared about himself, joked that he is the runt of 13 siblings. Funny because he’s somewhere north of 6’6”. The name Runt stuck.
