Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

shoot up for 5 stations.
station one – sandbag burpees
station two – flutter kicks
station three – curls
station four – mtn climbers
station five – squat thrusters
6 rounds at each station (50 seconds work, 10 second rest), then “active rest”as follows
90 second active rest:
blocks – rifle carry / murder bunny to cone and back, rest
sandbags – carry down and back, rest
no coupon – run around the pond and back
yhc was the 6. f3 means so very much to me and in the 4 years since my first beatdown the growth within has been unreal. f3 has freed me to water the seeds that laid fallow in my heart and soul for service and fellowship. i haven’t yet found my d2x, but with all y’all’s help and continued push for acceleration i know i will.
please continue to push yourselves, each other, and me in all 3 fs, continue to eh men as you just never know what lies beneath the surface screaming to be let out or what pain they may be burying, and continue to look after each other. f3 and black swamp have brought something to my life i didn’t even know i was missing, and the only way to repay that is to continue to pay it forward and giving it away.
