Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Tried to complete the following for the Thang.
Set cone 15 yards out.
Round 1 30 minutes in paradise (30 minutes complete as many rounds as possible)
10 block U ups (leg lifts while holding block, toe touch block)
Side Crab Walk to cone with block
10 Blockees
Murder Bunny back to start
Repeato
Round 2 Davey Jones Locker (complete the following for time)
50 Hand release merkins
100 Sea star jump ups (start on 6 in X, get to feet and star jump is 1)
150 Bent over rows
200 Bonnie Blairs (1 is 1)
250 Plank Jacks
Every 90 seconds run to cones and complete 1 kraken burpee (Burpee with 3 hand release merkins)
Some made it to the Bonnie Blairs before we had to end.
This was one of the muddiest beatdowns.
COT Flea was the 6. Dave Bishop was the FNG and he got the name Puss in boots.
