F3 Mission Statement and 5 Core Principles
The Beatdown:
This beatdown was intended to keep the body moving with minimal to no breaks. The beatdown structure had 5 groups of 2. Out of the group, one partner would rifle carry block down to end of field and back. During this, the other partner would be performing a exercise. When the partner rifle carrying comes back, the partner doing the exercise rifle carries and the partner rifle carrying performs the exercise. The list of exercises performed are as follows:
Squats with Block
Flutterkicks with Block
Merkins
Big Boy Situps
Burpees
Lt. Dan’s
Curls with Block
Rows with Block
Shoulder Press with BlockIf group finishes all exercises before conclusion of beatdown, the list of exercises were repeated. Around 7:15, a cooldown was done by jogging to the end of the field and then walking back, repeating until around 7:20.
