Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

  1. PAX: Meatloaf, Thai Guy, Huckleberry, Cinnamons, Charlotte, Mercy, Footloose, Rudy, Dropout, Dorf, Woodstock, Lonzo-Q

    Warmup: Newly named “Kevorkian Run,” which is an Indian Run, but when the PAX got to the front they chose a workout for everyone to do 5 reps of.
    Motivators count down from 7. Perfect cadence with everyone calling out the count, except one slip by me.

    The Thang: All with Ruck or Weighted Vest On
    Round Curls Presses KB swings Merkins Tricep Ext.

    Most got close to finishing but I believe Cinnamons was the only one that finished completely.
    NOR, COT. Mercy was the six. Closed with a short prayer, including prayers for Mercy’s job search (probably because Bourbon left him), and safe travels for Dorf and family.
    This was a good one and an honor to lead!
