Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Started at 10, worked all the way down to 1. Link to twitter video is best.
Split up into teams of 5. In planning this workout, I was thinking teams of 3 or 4. With 10, the only way to go was 2 teams of 5. It ended up being perfect.
1. Burpee relay. 5 minutes to get maximum burpees as a team, only 1 team member allowed to do burpees at a time. This was a competition. Only 10 burpees separated the 2 teams at the end of 5 minutes.
2. Team work. As a team, 10 laps around the theater, 200 merkins, 200 big boi situps, 200 Lt Dans.
3. Burpee relay again. This time, it was emphasized you vs you. Both teams challenged to beat their number from the first relay. After 5 minutes, both teams beat their number, and the gap was closer than the first time around.
4. Team work. As a team, 10 laps, 200 inch worms, 200 jump squats, 200 flutter kicks.
This Q turned out better than I anticipated. I was glad to be able to lead this with such a great group of men.
