30 Merkins
20 Bonnie Blairs
10 Burpees
400 Meter Run

Once one finished they caught their breath and helped the rest until they finished or continued with the Thursday thousand Merkins. It was great having everyone finish the last pax run together.

We got some pictures and had cookies to celebrate.

Simmons was the 6. He let us know that Needle (who hasn’t shown up in while) got him out, but he lives only a few houses down from Mercy. Since starting F3 he got see what the crazy guy with a beard and backpack was doing.
