What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

PAX: Fat Amy, Cinnamons, Runt, Rudy, Mercy, Woodstock, Footloose, Lonzo – Q
Rucked over to the Bongo Bars and did 50 Aussie pull-ups each. Continued rucking with 4 minute EMOM of 5 Merkins and 10 squats with ruck on. Eventually made it back to the Bongo bars for another 50 each of Aussie pull-ups. Finished with about 2.2 miles, 100 Aussie pull-ups, a lot of Merkins, and a bunch of squats to warm up for Extreme Couponing.
Did a quick COT, Woodstock was the 6. Then got ready for the extreme couponing beatdown.
It was an honor to lead. I hope Footloose doesn’t ban Fat Amy and I from Q’ing again. 😂
