Started with a warmup of 10 count motivators in cadance
Mosey around the parking lot
The Boat Carry
Formation of 2 lines 5 in each
Proceeded with a Marching style Rifle carry (simulating a team carrying a boat) to corner positions of the parking lots where cones were set
4 rounds with the following exercises at each of the corners – any team member can call hault at anytime if they need an active rest!
1. Curls at the corner 10 in cadance so 2 is 1 – stark wanted more curls so we took an active curl rest after cone 3
The following combo of exercises were completed in a rotation at the corners – inside 5 did the first exercise at corners 1/3 and outside 5 did the first exercise at 2/4. The second exercise was AMRAP until the first exercise team returned
2. 10 Pull ups / jumping jacks until return
3. 10 burps- man makers / big boys – Ww3
4. 10 no cheat Merks / no cheat squats
After we returned the boat home we needed to clear the path with a log roll and save the wounded Cindy – we did this Accross half of the width of the parking lot
1. The log roll – Plank position Cindy roll in front of you – similar to dirty hookups, but moving the block forward by rolling it. Patience and embracing the suck is the key to completing this one!
2. Wounded Cindy – reverse murder bunny dragging the block
Really wanted to do 2 rounds of the log roll, but 6:10 came too soon!
Really enjoyed the comradery.
Ended in announcement and prayer.
