The Pump Station is our newest AO. We meet at Hood Park in Perrysburg on Sundays for a fun beatdown. Hill, stairs, the main drag in Perrysburg are all options on the table for something to do. Currently our only Sunday option.

Intro, 5 core principles, mission statement & credo.
The Thang:
Started with some stretching then moseyed down the steps to the bottom of the hill. Began the BD with Bear Crawls up the hill and Crawl Bears down the hill (shout out Geppetto, one of the Black Swamp’s most badass HIM. G will typically Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear this hill with ruck. Respect).
Back to the top of the step for the work.
We used a human timer. One pax carried a coupon (or 2 OR THREE) down the stairs and back while the others did work. Each PAX took turns being the “timer”.

After 4 or 5 Rounds of exercises, we took a break for our halftime show where we welcome special guest AC/DC to sing Thunderstruck! During Thunderstruck we did SSHs and every time they sang thunder or thunderstruck the PAX did a Burpee. It was a great show.
CoT:
We had an FNG to name today. Chubs brought his brother in law who is from the Cleveland area. Before the BD even started the FNG was already giving YHC some sass (which I loved, he’s a pretty funny guy). Being that he was wearing a browns hat and giving sass to the Q there was no way he was escaping without a Steelers nickname. Being that there were 10 PAX this morning, He was named in honor of #10, Cordell Stewart (the original gadget player). Welcome Slash! I hope you find the F3 PAX in Cleveland and accelerate, AYE!
We ended this beautiful morning with announcements and BoM.
SHOUTOUT to Flo for spearheading the planting of the flag at the Pump Station. If I remember correctly he was the one who put out the idea, gathered interest and lead the way for this AO. This is not the first AO that Flo has been instrumental in launching. Thank you, Flo. You are the true definition of a HIM. We are better because of it.
SHOUTOUT to Phat Thor for stepping up and being Site Q for the Pump Station. To watch Thor’s growth and acceleration in the past year has been amazing. Thank you, Thor. Your leadership is contagious. You are an asset to F3 and someone that others can look to for inspiration and an excellent example. You too, are the very definition of a HIM.
As always, it was an honor to lead. This group has taken me places I never expected. I can honestly say I am a better man for what I have put into, and gotten back from F3.
