Swampsketball:
A game of glow in the dark burpee basketball.
3 teams of 3 rotating in & playing 7 min games.
Played like normal basketball, except add burpees (as follows)
-On Offense: missed shot = burpees for shooter (1 for 3pt shots, 2 for 2pt, 3 for layup/key shots)
-On Defense: made Shot given up = burpees for defense (1 for 3pt shots, 2 for 2pt, 3 for layup/key shots)
Team that wasn’t playing did 10 of each of the following on repeat until their game:
* Merkens
* BBSU
* Squats
* Plank jacks
* Step ups
* Lunges
* Jumping jacks
Finished w a Mosey back to Armory, a COT, and prayers for all the dads who have to watch the Taylor Swift movie w/ their daughters soon (@jimmyhart)
