we want simple after the push for IPC we did some hill work run to the top of the hill did 30 flutter kicks(2 is 1) then at then ran back down the hill and did 30 presses repeato counting down 2s. Then started over doing big boi sit ups at the top and curls at the bottom.

COT we prayed for the safety of out law enforcement and that school will continue to push through during these trying times.
