Come on out to our newest location added November 12, 2021 in beautiful Whitehouse, Ohio. This beatdown is the first Friday beatdown in the Black Swamp region.
Opening day crew in the Gloom:
“Forever 29”
PAX – Huckleberry, Footloose, Sawdust, Fat Amy, Major Tom, Waldo, Doubtfire, Manchester, Viper, Snake Bite, GMO, Reload, Turbine, Barney(Q)
A brisk 54* day with light fog throughout the Swamp… A slight whiff of skunk lingered in the air… Or was that Footloose?
Our day started with a light warmup of Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Rudy Merkins, and more Merkins in cadence…
We then proceeded to the marquee feature of the Rabbit Hole. The PAX split into pairs and as a pair, attempted to reach a grand total of 29 hill climbs, pausing only to complete 3 Burpees at the top, and 6 Merkins at the bottom.
No complaints were heard, and all the PAX thoroughly enjoyed their morning.
