The beatdown:
Mission and 5 core principles
Warmup in cadence: 15 SSH and 10 chain breakers
The thing: Split up into groups of 4 or 5 and Broad jump burpeed in rotating fashion from the library parking lot to the base of the sledding hill (0.264 miles away). As a team, one person was broad jump burpeeing while the others lunge walked behind and we rotated when necessary. In addition, every 2 mins the timer went off and you were allowed 15 secs of bear crawls to help a quicker advancement along the trail. Once the first team reached the end, they jogged back and picked up the 6 and we all ran to the hill together.
At the hill, again in a rotating/circle fashion we continued burpees as a group and when you were not the one doing burpees you “rested” with core. So, you did some leg lifts, flutters, or plank, etc… until it was your turn. Also, ever 3 mins the timer went off and as a group you ran up and down the hill and then returned to the burpee cycle. We did that for ~12 mins and then we returned to the parking lot doing Broad jump burpees, lunge walks, and bear crawls in the same we we got to the hill.
COT, Manchester was the 6th, and ended in prayer.
