Like every other Tuesday, we launched from Monclova Community Center, ran 1+ mile down the Wabash Cannonball trail – some extra distance getting to the playground for the reps. From the moment we launched, some guys turned on the speed. The day was muggy – an extra weight it felt like. It was Mercy’s last F3 beatdown for a minute since he is getting injections for Achilles pain. He will still be around though. There are important things like the Barney vs Lonzo soccer match in 2 weeks.
Lonzo did Murph in a vest, and Huck did as well.
