Workout: We did the Murph at our own pace. We arrived at Keener park together and left the park together for the return run.
COT: We skipped out on the 6th due to having 5 people. We ended with a short challenge from Proverbs 28:13, and closed in prayer for Houdini, as well as several others with Covid.
