The Murph at Keener
We normally meet at MC2 to do the Murph, but temporarily moved to Keener park so that some could ruck as they prepare for Grow Ruck.

5 Core Principles
Brief explanation of the Murph, where we would run, and an introduction of a timer.
We ran from the gate at the parking lot where the gravel path starts and ran to the right and around the park doing two full laps. Mercy said that one lap is .49 miles.
I set a 1-minute timer to keep us on track. We did reps of 5-10-15. Some of us get distracted and let the mumblechatter get in our way of doing the reps. I cut the timer short to only 12 rounds instead of 20.
We ran/rucked for two more laps and met back at the parking lot where we started.
Note: Runners and ruckers did not finish at the same time. Lonzo (and his laser beam for a headlamp) went back to find the ruckers.
Second Note: Huckleberry argued with me that I told them to bring a ruck and that I named the event “Ruck Murph”. Despite my best efforts to tell him otherwise…. and despite visual evidence…. he still was not convinced. We like to give each other a hard time, but I would go to battle with that HIM any day!
The COT was not in our normal order as I tried to delay until everyone was back.
