First stop on the Tour de Anthony Wayne was at Waterville United Methodist Church, a rather windy location, provides proximity to the Waterville hill, a designated trail, and first responders.
In lieu of laying on our backs in the water, we opted for a full body workout that blasted the arms, GMO style.
