One part Fitness, one part Intellectual, mix in some Fellowship and you have a calorie burn for the body that fuels the soul. Throw some weight in a ruck sack, head off on a 2-3 mile hike while your mind is led through Q source material straight from the creators of F3 and other leadership development programs.

Great discussions and sharing of experiences and wisdom. Here is the lesson…
The inspiration for today’s Ruck comes from Luke 14 and QF5 Preparedness
    Movement toward advantage requires Preparedness.
Let us recall the 4 quadrants of Preparedness as we Ruck today, the G3L…
Quiz: Get Right, Live Right, Lead Right, Leave Right.
Luke 14: 28-30: 28 “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? 29 For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, 30 saying, ‘This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish.’
    • Question 1: What are you trying to build in your life right now?
Again, verse 28: 28 “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?
    • Question 2: What are the costs of the thing you are building in your life right now? Did you consider them beforehand? Were there some hidden costs you didn’t anticipate?
Verse 31:31 “Or suppose a king is about to go to war against another king. Won’t he first sit down and consider whether he is able with ten thousand men to oppose the one coming against him with twenty thousand? 32 If he is not able, he will send a delegation while the other is still a long way off and will ask for terms of peace.
    • Question 3: Are there any things in your life that you are ‘going to war against’? If not, are there some things you might consider taking on? What would be the cost of this war?
    A Socratic from the Q Source….
Question 4: Is Preparedness a Mindset or a Process?
Finally, Verse 33: 33 In the same way, those of you who do not give up everything you have cannot be my disciples.
    • Question 5: Is there anything in your life that you would be willing to give up everything for?
