Partner workout
One buddy runs a four cone shuttle run. The other
buddy exercises using one exercise per rotation of 3 minutes exercise and 30 seconds of rest. When shuttle buddy finishes they replace the exercise buddy and continue alternating roles until 3 minute bell goes off.
