The Immaculate Beatdown

Q: Chanel
PAX: Stalker, Shawshank, Mr. Free Time, Funky Monkey (Chanel 2.0)Resighted the F3 Mission Statement and 5 Core values. Then gave an educational history of the Immaculate Reception. Started the Beatdown after that. The Beatdown consisted of:
Complete 40 of each exercise each round- Goal is 5 rounds
40 Peter Parker Pushups- 1-is-1
40 Bicycle Crunches- 2-is-1
40 Block Swings
40 Step Up Knee Raises- 2-is-1
40 Tricep Dips
1 Complete lap around the parking lot and then back to station 1.Shawshank, Chanel and Funky Monkey completed 3.5 rounds and Stalker and Mr. Freetime completed 2.5 rounds.
Mr. Freetime was the 6. Announced the Winter Challenge and then did prayer intentions.
