Warmup with lunge walks, butt kickers, high knees, and sprint from one line to another, ~35 yards apart.
Teams then did bearpee relay race (one member bear crawled 35 yards, did 10 burpees, then bear crawled 35 yards back) while the others did squats until all team members went.
A beatdown within a football game was the theme. Two teams, between each play everyone did 3 burpees. After each team had the ball once, we did 50 LBC’s together. Next possession by each team we did 3 jungle boi squats between each play then 25 American hammers 2 is 1 together after each team possessed the ball. Next possession we did 5 merkins between each play then 25 penguins 2 is 1 as a group. Final possession we did 3 absolutions between plays then 25 big boi sit ups as a group.
To cool down we circled up and held plank as we counted one by one to 120. Then we followed my lead as we lifted our legs six inches and held while we went in and out on my command for ~90 seconds.
COT Luigi was the 6. He comes out because he wants to get healthier. Moanna encouraged him by saying coming out and participating will make him healthier but it is the reps that hurt that really make the difference. Prayer reminded us to seek God through the circumstances and to embrace discomfort and suffering because that is the only way we can be refined into His image.
