Nitrous / Guardian / Huckleberry / Peach / Irish Hoss
We performed an Island hop workout with blocks in which we used the lit parking lot. Each curb ~30 yard spacing was an island that we carried our block to and performed block exercises. After the first round, Huckleberry, came up for the second chapter in his Free to Leave Novel. First chapter being, “it’s 6:10 somewhere, and the new second chapter…”who is going to carry the blocks back”. Irish Hoss being the wise Q that he is, now on his 3rd Q, did make an adjustment to island hop with block exercises on the way back also. Huckleberry seemed pleased with the adjustment and stuck around through the COT.
