  1. GrantLand
    Date: April 26, 2023
Location: GrantLand – Rotary Park – Perrysburg, OH
    QIC: Geppetto
PAX: Guardian, Geppetto, Irish Hoss, Nitrous, Crawdad, Bourbon, Peach, Footloose,

    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust
Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him
Disclaimer: I am not a professional. Modify as needed.

Warm Up: (20) SSH, (15) Chainbreakers, (10) Mountain Climbers in cadence

    The Thang:
10 minute rounds, one exercise at near end of parking lot, travel to opposite end for other exercise. Ten reps at each end.
    Round One: HR Merkins, BBSU
    Round Two: Freddie Mercury’s, Squats
Round Three: Lt. Dan’s, Leg Lifts

We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six and a prayer.

Footloose was the six. Eh’d by Mercy. Named because he’s a preacher’s kid. Loves the comradery. Wouldn’t be up at 5 am working out if it wasn’t for this group.

Announcements: Spread river rock at Grace Church in place of ruck and beatdown on May 13th. Black Ops work out in Bowling Green May 6th.

Prayers for Guardians classmate Jenna and praise for Footlooses shorty who got a positive diagnosis on his injured knee. Prayers for us to be better men.

    Moleskin/Spreadsheet from the Gloom:
    Low 30’s. Foggy, gloomy
Playlist based on songs with numbers in the titles: Another One Bites the Dust, Two Step, 3AM, Four Sticks, Mambo No. 5, Sixth Avenue Heartache, Seven Nation Army, Eight Days A Week, Nine in the Afternoon.
    Honor to lead
