  1. Backblast – November 23, 2022

AO: Grantland – Rotary Park – Perrysburg, OH
PAX: Geppetto (QIC), Ten Pin, Peach, Casper, Fossil, Sawdust, Raven, Guardian, Coconut, Soda Pop
    Workout: Michael McDonald Appreciation Beatdown

No FNG’s so right into F3 Mission and Core Principles:
    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust

    The Thang:
    60 SSH’s, 50 LBC’s, 40 Mountain Climbers, 30 Merkins, 20 Squats, 10 Bonnie Blairs

Perform Burpee Broad jumps between cones then run out to the Grantland entrance and back. Perform Burpee Broad jumps between cones again.

Workout continues in this fashion removing the highest rep # exercise after each lap. (Example – Round two is all of the above, minus 60 SSH). Sixth round = 10 Bonnie Blairs only. Seventh round consists of 10 Bonnie Blairs and 20 Squats, and you continue adding back an exercise each round thereafter.

Rinse and Repeat until time is called.

    Ended with:
    Count-O-Rama – Ten
    Name-O-Rama

Sharing of the six – Soda Pop. Got the name because he works for Pepsi. Doesn’t get out as much as he would like but enjoys the camaraderie, fellowship and group atmosphere when he does post.

Announcements – Winter Challenge is coming! Details TBD. Turkey Bowl at Foundry. The Holiday Party is Dec 9th.

Ball of Man – Prayers for Luke, Brody, Soda Pop’s father, Illini, and remember to give thanks for what we have.

Spreadsheets from the Gloom: Low 30’s. Clear, chilly. Michael McDonald provided the soundtrack!
