Another beautiful fall morning on the river for a beatdown. We separated into teams and played a dice game that ended in far more trips up and down the steps than expected.

Each team rolled 2 dice, the “winning” team ran the stairs, the losing teams work was determined by the number they rolled and reps by the number the winners rolled. Exercises were as follows:
