Split into 2 teams of 5 and complete exercises to rep cumulative amount for the team. First team done picks next exercise.
First exercise was 200 reps of Derkin N’diayes. Then the following were completed by the teams, not exactly in this order.
500 calf raises
500 flutter kicks
500 step-ups
500 American Hammers
500 Dips
500 Air Press’s
100 Burpees
100 Lt. Dans
Both teams won 🏆 and got an F3 sticker and fruit snacks if they wanted.
