We started off with a warm up mosey lap around the gravel trail. We stopped at 3 or 4 points around the trail to do some work.
*30 merkins
*30 lunges
*30 BBSU
Then we reported to the tennis courts where we split into 2 teams for a little 6-pin softball bowling.
Opposing teams would do the #of reps times 3 for every pin knocked down. (Example: 2 pins=6 reps)
Work done was:
*burpees
*x-factors
*shoulder tap plank jacks
*Air squats
Finished with COT, COR, NOR.
Griffen was the 6.
