I tried to surprise the PAX with a Murph, but some knew it was coming. Photon mentioned Sunday he wanted to get better at pull-ups, so the Murph helps with that. We ran around the path that was a little sloppy and did the PT work at the playground. The playlist included one DMX song, some classic rock, and Lettuce for Photon. We ran a different route for the 2nd mile.

Binford was the 6. He has been accelerating since he started in January and he doesn’t plan on stopping.
