The site is huge! Tennis courts, pavilion with picnic benches, parking lots, fields, small hill, and a gravel track.  Also coming soon an all inclusive playground that we helped raise money for. This site has so many different options for a fun beatdown. Join us every Wednesday!

    THANG:
    King–the q-source’s name for a man’s physical fitness. exercise, working out, the means by which a man pursues physical discomfort as a way of getting and staying in the normal upright position.
    TUT–Time Under Tension. An approach to exercise by which slow, controlled, weighted movements allow exercise through a full range of motion, and with nearly isometric muscular activation. Also analagous to the stresses a man faces in daily life, requiring discipline to subordinate the natural tendency to pursue relaxation and ease to his willful desire to foster community and exert IMPACT for the good of others.
    We did quite low rep-counts to an 8-count cadence. Most everything involved the CMU (Cindy). Pairs of Something + Mary, then mosey around the flags.
