Five Core PrinciplesWarmup:
1 lap around the soccer fields before start of Beatdown.Beatdown:
The Circle of Pain. PAX stand in a circle. One PAX member (going in clockwise direction) chooses two exercises. One exercise is performed by the individual PAX member while the other PAX members do the other exercise. Once the individual PAX member finishes his exercises, the next PAX member does that exercise while the others continue doing the second exercise. Once it gets back to the first starting PAX member, all members run to the end of the soccer field and back. Circle of Pain continues with the next PAX member choosing two new exercises of his choice. Repeat until time is up.Countorama
