“Choose Your Own Adventure”
PAX: Meatloaf, Lyman, Lonzo, Rudy, Bourbon, Stalker, Woodstock, Mercy, Charlotte, Ticket, Cinnamons, Party On, Iso, Footloose, Barney(Q)Today’s Workout was “Boxing” Themed. The PAX could choose from 6 weight classes:
Lightweight – No Extra Weight
Welterweight – Weighted Vest
Middleweight – Cinder Block
Light Heavyweight – Vest and Cinder Block
Heavyweight – Vest and Double Cinderblock
Super Heavyweight – Vest and SandbagWe started with wall sits, and squats to prime us for the main event. 30 Second wallsit, followed by 5 squats x4
Each Round was a set of 11’s. for about 6-7 minutes.
Round 1 – Every strike’s power comes from the legs.
Squats – Lunge Walk to transition to the other cone.
Round 2 – Every Boxer must know how to dive, and then raise his opponent over his head
ManMakers(Burpees) – Rifle Carry to the other cone.
Round 3 – At the end of the match, the Boxer’s core is what pulls him through
Sit-up Thrusters – Murder Bunny to the other cone.
Round 4 – Who wins every match? ‘Merica!
Merkins – Carry your block to the other cone.COT
