Set up 8 cones, 4 down and 4 back.
Teams line up at first cone. Before leaving – 5 squat thrusters (block stays).
IF sandbag is at the cone, you must complete exercises and then carry to next cone.
After sandbag carry, then do work at cone, then bear crawl to next cone, then broad jump to next cone. Other than those three, run between cones.
Cone 1 (thruster buy in), Cone 2 squats x 25, Cone 3 jump rope (50 SU) – next man up can start when cone 3 is finished, Cone 4 10 Lt Dans
Make turn
Cone 5 – 25 merkins (if no blocks), farmers carry across to cone 4 if blocks (need 4), Cone 6 – 10 burpees, Cone 7 – 50 2 is 1 flutter kicks, Cone 8 – 20 BBSU
Keep going until sandbag is at cone 8.
Once sandbag is at 8, reverse order until back to 1.Cot, NoR, prayers for the Dia family and all first responders.
