    Workout:

    A Bear Crawl suicide of five increasing lengths with decreasing burpees at the end of each length. Once Burpees are complete, sprint back to the starting line and hold plank/ Al Gore. Completed two rounds.

    Naxt work was similar, but with a block. Rifle Carry from start to first cone, do exercise and then rifle carry between stations. Repeat.
