We practiced for the test that is coming up end of winter challenge. We first did test on January 3 with Woodstock.
The test:
Fitness Test rnd 1:
AMRAP 3 minutes: SSH
~1 mile run (time)
3 mins hr merkins amrap (you can rest)
3 mins bbsu AMRAP (use block to hold feet)
Total time.for.100 curls
Max thrusters unbroken
3 minutes burpee AMRAP
Plank hold as long as possible
We did these exercises with a Tabata timer. 50 seconds. 10 seconds rest. Run in between rounds.
Then we did 25 reps of each exercise on the line and ran between each rep.
