Running Man
One PAX is the Running Man that gets chased. The rest of the PAX are the bounty hunters. I find this competition keeps PAX moving harder then just a series of cones with exercises setup.
Set up 3 cones for the course. 1 Cone at start line.
1st Cone – 5 Jungle Boys
2nd Cone – 5 No cheat merkins
3rd Cone – 5 Mountain Climbers, 2 is 1.
Round 1 – 3
Buy in before you start course is 30 Raggedy Anns (2 is 1)
The Running Man does buy in and hits the course.
Round 1.) The Bounter Hunters have a 5 burpee penalty then buy in, then hit the course.
Round 2.) Repeato but the bounty hunters have only 3 burpee penalty.
Round 3.) Repeato but bounty hunters only have 1 burpee penalty.
Same PAX is Running Man all three rounds. Each round gets more tense as the head start gets shortened.
Round 4 through 6 is same as above, but pick new Running Man. Buy in is 30 Bonnie Blaires
Round 7 through 9 is same as above, but new Running Man and buy in is 30 big Boys.
Round 10 finale is BURPEES! Buy in is 15 burpees. Bounty hunters still had 5 burpee penalty.
COR, NOR, Mercy with the 6. Freezing temps but we were sweating!
