The Thang:
Timer set to repeat 40sec, 80sec, 120sec. Every other round we alternated Burpees and Side Straddle Hops. The other rounds we rotated through Arms, Legs, and Abs, chose by a member of the PAX.

To mourn the breakup of Hall and Oates, we listened to a soundtrack of their hits. This led to doing Private Eye Burpees (which were invented by Callahan a few weeks ago. Two claps at the top) while that song played. Footloose attempted Private Eye Side Straddle Hops, which looked ridiculous; the consensus was that they are impossible to do. Q had to keep his eye on Rudy, who was a cheating cheater and kept starting his Burpees early. Jimmy Hart had a classic dad joke about the band breaking up so they could go sow their wild Oates. Solid effort put in by all.
