Warm-up:
We did zombie walk, high knees, butt-kickers and skips to get the legs warmed up.
The Thang:
10 reps per exercise for a total of 80 reps. 80’s themed music in the background. Each PAX picks the exercise that fits them best.
Chest Press with Block or merkin
Bent-over row or toe touches
Leg Raises
Supermans
Goblet Squat or Sqaut
Single-Leg Deadlift or Deadlifts with block
High-to-low plank or WWIII sit-ups
Reverse Lunge or Reverse Lunge with block
Once done with all reps, then mosey around the soccer field. Once you hit the first corner, sprint half-way to the next cone, then mosey around the field back to the start and repeato.
CoT: We welcomed Charlotte back and prayed for all the families with new babies or expecting soon. Prayers for safe travels and to be thankful for family.
Coffeeteria afterwards which is always a great time. Bananas were discussed but none eaten.
