If Mercy was going to have a proscribed workout, it should absolutely include a Murph, with less running.
Mosey to shelter, that has lights – use shelter for pullups. 2 other cones with lights out in field, to create a triangle.
5 reps Station 1, 10 reps Station 2, 15 reps Station 3.
Rotate rounds:
Round 1 – 5 pullups, 10 merkins, 15 squats
Round 2 – 5 burpees, 10 Lt Dans, 15 Big boi sit-ups.
Do Round 1 and 2, repeat into perpetuity.
