While the entirety of F3 BS was at the Foundry performing great feats of strength, four of us were at Camelot accelerating our 1st F.
We also had the pleasure of naming an FNG!
For this beatdown we moseyed up the Wabash where I had set up lights and my beat box.
Every exercise began with the letters “I, P and C”.
We would perform reps of an “I” exercise then a 50 m rifle carry Cindy down and back. Then we did reps of a “p” exercise followed by a 50 m bear crawl. We continued in this fashion through 3 rounds.
