Recreated the workout from 8/1/2022 to commemorate my F3 anniversary. Originally called “1981”, PAX broke up into pairs, one partner performing an exercise while the other ran 19 yds and back before switching. There were 19 exercises (nobody finished them all), with 81 reps of each exercise. Finished with a circle merkin to 19+81 (100), with any claps performed during the merkin counting as one additional (i.e performing a merkins and clapping on the push-up counted as 2).
Maybe someday the PAX will check their ego and realize that trying to do the clap actually slows everything down…
