The Thang:
We began by moseying to the pavilion (location A) where I had staged a metric shit ton of random heavy coupons the likes of paint cans, 4×4 Timbers, lots of cindys, shovels, buckets of bricks, bag o top soil, etc. The coupons were placed in five separate groups. We then counted off to get five teams of three because that’s Jake many HC’ we had. We ended up with 18 pax so 3 teams had 4 members. Once we were all in groups I gave the instruction that we were tasked to Co-work by moving all coupons to Veterans Memorial Park (location B) approximately 150 meters away. A minimum one pax had to remain at location A starting to work on the reps I assigned. (200 merkins, 200 SSH, 200 BBSU collectively). Once the pax transported all their coupons to location B, they returned to location A to complete all 600 reps. (Teams of 4 had an additional 50 reps of each exercise.). Once all reps were completed the pax held Al Gore or plank until all five groups arrived at location B.
Round 2 we transported all coupons to another location B which was at Cycle Werks about 150 meters away. This round we performed London Bridges, American Hammers and Imperial Walkers.
We finished with Absolutions and Starfish Sit ups and loading all coupons into my truck. Had to call it before finishing all the reps due to time.
