Whitehouse is adding a Monday beatdown! Camelot is at Generals Ice Cream in downtown Whitehouse Ohio. Whitehouse is a beautiful small town that has a growing group of F3 Men. Join Barney as he grows the region with this new workout that meets on the Wabash Cannonball Trail right by Generals Ice Cream.
LUCKY SEVENS – Camelot 4/24/23
Pax: Manchester, Footloose, Bobber, Rudy, Cinnamons, Echo, Bourbon, Huckleberry, Organic, Viper, GMO, Irish Hoss, Fat Amy (Q)
Warmup: Stretch those old muscles and mosey down to the dew filled grassy planes in the park
Beatdown:
6 Cones are placed roughly 20 yards apart. Start and finish cone with four cones for exercises in between. PAX sprint to each of the 4 cones, stop at each and do 7 reps of the exercise. After 4th exercise cone, sprint to the end: either SSH or pick up the 6. Must keep moving! Pax sprint back to starting cone to repeat for next exercise.
